HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is taking 1-5 Working days at present. International Delivery does take longer, please refer to our delivery information above for more detail. Please note, delivery times listed are estimates based on current information from An Post and are not guarantees.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse with An Post you can track your order on www.anpost.com using your Umbro Order Number or your Tracking Number.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL OF MY ORDER?
The size, weight or shape of certain items may mean that they need to be dispatched separately. On rare occasions, we may be out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer you a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please contact us HERE.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund on unused, re-saleable items returned with original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your order. You can return your item to us with your Order Reference Number and this Returns Form completed.
RETURNS VIA POST
You can post your item back to our Distribution Centre. Fill in the Returns Form supplied with your order (or download HERE) or enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact number, order reference number and reason for return. Package the items carefully in their original box or secure outer wrapper where possible and send them back clearly addressed to:

We recommend that you use registered post to return your item. You can purchase a returns label from An Post and drop your parcel off at your local post office or collection point, or you can purchase a parcel collection from your preferred address, please see www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns for details.

RETURNS INFORMATION FAQS
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN/REFUND?
Returns are usually processed as soon as possible once they are received back but please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it's something we have no control over. We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit/debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We cannot offer exchanges on Online Returns sent back to our Distribution Centre unless faulty. Exchanges are not possible with Online Returns, our Online team can only facilitate refund on Online Orders at present.
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?
You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty. We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of postage, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY?
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us straight away. You can find our contact information HERE. Determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of Umbro. Where a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE UMBRO WEBSITE OR ANY INTERNET SITE TO WHICH THE WEBSITE IS LINKED. THIS WEBSITE IS FOR USE BY PEOPLE WHO ARE 18 YEARS AND OVER ONLY.
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website.
All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the Website are the exclusive property of Umbro. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of Umbro.
We reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the Website.
Advertisers and sponsors on the Website are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, state and international laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused therefrom.
PRICE OF GOODS
The price listed on the Website (the "Price") for Umbro products (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the Website.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission, the price for the products on the website is wrong. We will acknowledge receipt of your order both online and via an order confirmation email but this does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase. Your offer has been accepted only when we have confirmed that the order has been dispatched and payment has been made.
While we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.
Voucher codes are only valid on specific products while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one voucher code may be redeemed per user. Voucher codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Voucher codes do not apply to delivery charges.
Only one voucher code can be used at any one time and cannot be used in combination with other voucher codes. Voucher codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. To apply a voucher code, you must enter it prior to completing the order.
Even if a voucher / discount code is accepted at checkout, all orders are reviewed by the Umbro Customer Support Team prior to fulfillment. If orders are deemed in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly.
We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 1-5 working days of your account order within the Republic of Ireland, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and during Sales.
Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged.
However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because we were out of stock on part of your order. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order (other that perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). Please be aware that we start processing your order for dispatch as soon as it has been placed, and we cannot cancel, change or amend any orders once they are being processed. Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
Orders placed using a PayPal account as the payment method will be processed upon submission, and funds may be transferred from your PayPal account immediately. This does not signify our acceptance of your order.

Some of the products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products and keep specifications completely up to date.

Umbro may contact users in relation to the nature of users attempted transactions, even if the transactions are not confirmed. These will be operational emails to enquire as to why the transactions were not completed. The data will not be shared with any other company. Our aim is simply to provide you with the highest level of service that we can.
